Have problem with long crank some times. Could it be fuel pressure regulator

2003 Tahoe fuel gauge shows almost half tank . I drive a it goes to quarter tank. And it gives me long cranks in the morning's. Could it be fuel pressure regulator . I've changed the fuel sending unit and crank position sensor. And cleaned the air intake. And I get evap code every now and then po455

How long has your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe had this problem?

About 3 years since I changed fuel pump its getting worse now
