Can the fix for air conditioner blower not working be a simple fuse replacement

What is your question?

The air is cold just not blowing out, no matter what number I put the switch on (1-5). Just started, worked day before not today. It is I believe still blowing out the back It conditioner when I turn it on. As long as I am driving I can still stay comfortable but with every stop ti can't feel the air again.

What makes this problem better or worse?

As I said in other box, better while driving but the air is not blowing out

How long has your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe had this problem?
