Cleaned trottlebdy,accidently moved flap several times to clean , now, ruff idle,reduce engine somthng else sounds like ,missing ruff idle,...after completing steps, still can't go no faster then 30 mph help.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Can't go faster then 30 mph

What was the concern that caused you to "clean the throttle body"? Throttle body components never need cleaning, typically. When you "clean" it, you can actually remove a protective coating on the components that prevents contamination most of the time. You very well could have caused a problem that wasn't previously there, although I can't know for sure. Suggest having the vehicle checked at a known good shop near you.
