Relearning newly installed passlock on tahoe

Hello, Turn the ignition to on for 10 minutes, turn it to off for 10 seconds, then try to crank the engine. If it is still flashing (neither off nor solid on), you must inspect the wiring for the ignition lock cylinder. You can repeat that process a few times, but if it doesn't stop flashing, the body control module (BCM) is not recognizing that there is a resistor installed, so the BCM, ignition switch, or wiring for the ignition switch is faulty. Check your wire harness for the ignition switch first.
