replaced the fuel pump on a 2000 tahoe. still not getting any gas. old pump had melted wires. any hidden fuses or relays

Looking at a wiring diagram for a 5.7 liter engine, with a single fuel tank, the fuel pump black/white wire goes to ground, the gray wire is power coming from the fuel pump relay the power train control module triggers the fuel pump relay to allow power to flow out to the fuel pump from ECM B fuse (20 Amp, fuse number 11) in the under hood fuse box.
