Where is the transfer case control module located at in my 1999 chevy Tahoe?

I was told the tccm is in the passenger side kick panel,it's not can any one tell where it is?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Changed the transfer case motor the whole vehicle seems to be stuck in neautal

Hello, It is mounted to the bracket that secures the steering column.

Thank you I found it an replaced it,it was by not an easy task at all lol. My Tahoe is fixed an we are able to drive it now,thank you
