Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like you've got a real tricky one on your hands with that AC clutch cycling on and off. Given that the compressor and clutch are new, along with the relay and proper pressure, the issue might be more electrical. A likely culprit could be a malfunctioning pressure switch, even if it's been checked—it can sometimes behave intermittently. Another possibility is a faulty control module, which could be sending signals to the compressor that cause it to keep cycling. I'd also suggest checking the wiring going to the compressor and control panel—corroded or frayed wires can cause intermittent issues. If you've replaced all the obvious parts and it's still acting up, you may want to take a closer look at the climate control module to see if it's malfunctioning.
