If the suburban is still under the 36,000 mile warranty then Chevy should replace this, If not once you get the bolt stop by your local body shop and have them install this.

Thx for the reply. You suggested a body shop tech. Is it too complicated for a DIY? The warranty has expired. Again, thx for the reply.

It should be a easy fix for the body man, The safety of the person riding in that seat is at stake and you won't know if it was done right until a collision
