the fan on the rear A/C stays on as well. They all go off in the automatic turnoff in 20 minutes.

This happen IF key is actually removed from lock cylinder? .. That would definitely confirm switch is in the OFF position.. Any of the other accessories remain operational?

Opening any door still turn off accessories with key removed? Radio for instance. This is a most unusual condition - limited to dash lights and rear blower only. Good luck!
