Indicative of insufficient air flow into engine bay while in slow traffic or low driving in low speed conditions - possibilities include but not limited to > radiator cooling fan - electrical a/c condenser cooling fan - restricted a/c condenser fins. *Hands-on* inspection / evaluation will be required.
