Tractio active and abs lights are on and now the vehicle is losing the speed

This sounds like a wheel speed sensor problem, your vehicle has one at each wheel, if the signals differ too much from one another it thinks that you are slipping on ice (traction control), this will with the electronic throttle reduce power regardless of how much you push on the accelerator. The diagnostic process for this would be to have an equipped facility with factory scan tools to drive the vehicle and determine if this is the case. We would be happy to assist.
