What is your question?

You can crank and crank then engine and it will finally start. It smokes a little and the exhaust has a strong gas smell. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and I thought that fixed it but after a couple of weeks it did it again. There is no check engine light on once it finally starts.
