I have no gauges working on my 2004 suburban dash. Whats the problem?
What is your question?
I have checked all fuse. When I pull the ipc/dic fuse and put it back in, the logic light on the dash lights all the way across. After a couple of hours the light goes out. Any suggestions?
RepairPal Certified shops can diagnose and repair your 2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500. They provide transparent pricing with a minimum 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on repairs and services.
Thank you for your response, I appreciate the help. I just put my OBDII code reader EOBD scanner on it but it isn't picking up any codes. Is this the type scanner you are referring to? Thanks!
No that code reader is only good for the engine computer. A very much more expensive scanner is what is needed to read all modules inclu the instruments. The scanner can do what is called a prove out or sweep test of all gauges to help a 'bunch' with diagnosis. See your regular mechanic for this test, or one that is equiped to perform this test.
.
You'er welcom.
No, any good repair shop should be able to do this test! Check around for one. Dealer is going to charge way too much! Where are you, Potwin KS.?? Is that really a place, see it all the time here, actual location sometimes can reveal alot about problems with a vehicle due to climate. So i wish folks would just post their correct state. In any event, you can use the "find a shop" locator at the top of this page.

I just change my location, I wasn't aware how to do that. I guess that was assigned. I will try the shop locator, thanks. I am located in WV.
Ok.
