What causes suburbon to smoke when first cranked?

Here are two possibilities ..... 1- Valve seals leaking oil into the cylinders while parked.... After running engine for a few moments, it clears up.... 2- Head gasket leaking a small amount of coolant into 1 or more cylinders while parked.... and most likely would result in engine misfire until coolant is burned off. Visit repair shop for further diagnosis... IF head gasket, it needs to be repaired soon!... IF valve seals, well that can wait!!
