Hello, it is possible that your battery is simply not able to support the act of cranking over your vehicle, but has enough reference voltage on hand to power your dash lights, for example. Could it be something else? Sure, but let's not pass the easy stuff first. Have the battery checked for state of charge and the ability to handle a load first, and then go from there.

Are you an above average DIYer? There are some electrical test that can be performed to locate the failure but you’ll need some auto repair skills.. IF it’s it a battery issue - I recommend *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel.
