Heater blows cold air

Engine temperature gauge should be at approximately 11 o’clock when engine is fully warmed up - if not - possible thermostat malfunction. BOTH heater hoses should be HOT as well - if only one hose is hot - possible heater core restriction. *Hands-on* evaluation required.
