Is it possible for a fuel line to be corroded under 14k

What is your question?

Car wouldn't start. Towed to dealership. Car purchased NEW in Dec 2021. Driven 14k. Dealership says there is a corroded fuel line, but we haven't had snow/bad weather in past two years. I am perplexed.
