Why is my car still running hot after I put a water pump and thermostat on it

Hello, you should have a 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty on this vehicle at the very least, why haven't you seen your local dealership for likely in-warranty repairs? Your car is too new to have these kinds of problems; is the vehicle salvaged or have the warranty cancelled for some reason? Why did you do the water pump and thermostat in the first place? Overheating? While driving? Fast? Slow? Stopped? Need more information, but I'd say consult dealership for in-warranty repairs.
