Engine sounds like it can't breathe when using remote start

What is your question?

When using my remote start in the morning, my engine makes the same sound it did when my MAF sensor went bad. It does not make this sound when turning on the car manually. No check engine light or codes. Sound only lasts 30 seconds or more.
