air not blowing hot inside cabin of vehicle

What is your question?

Thermostate is working, blower is working, only top heater hose is getting warm. cooling fans only seem to come on with AC, coolant level was full and looks clean. also cannot seem to find the engine temp. display on the menu or display on dash.

What makes this problem better or worse?

will not warm cabin no matter what
