Thanks, ziptie12 for answer inquire. I have a volt meter, would be good to know how to check and where the parts are located. The switch in the door turns the seat heat off / on, and in short order it comes right back on. I have a little working knowledge of electrical parts and meter. Any thing you could suggest or add would be GREAT. ( better than where I am at now, "In the HOT SEAT"). :) :)
Test the switch first. I would also suggest maybe www.alldatadiy.com , for technical info needed for additional circuit components and function. I would suspect the switch is faulty , based on your description , but not knowing the ENTIRE circuit and how it's controlled , that would only be a guess. To add fuel to confirming that guess , you could try calling a dealer and see if it's a stock item , or frequently ordered , sometimes that's an indication of how common a problem it is.
