is this programming or is this faulty installation? tried two different new actuators and no luck? any help would be appreciate

Replaced WRONG actuator!
i replaced the one under drivers side steering wheel. might have the name wrong, but when i manually turn the controls under there it works correctly
Disconnect battery NEGATIVE cable for 30 minutes - reconnect cable and try it again.
