DOES NOT MATTER HOW LONG TRUCK SETS AND RUNS. ONLY FREEZING COLD AIR. DRIVER SIDE OF RADITOR IS HOT. PASSENGER SIDE IS COLD. TOP RADITOR HOSE IS HOT. BOTTOM RADITOR HOSE IS COLD.
What makes this problem better or worse?

No engine size posted: From your description of the symptoms .. I’m assuming it’s equipped with a V/8 > (hot top hose - cold bottom hose). The V/8’s have the t-stat at lower rad hose ..
