when i go to put my truck in 4 wheel drive the 4 low button and 4 high button just blink and will not go in. also my towing button on the shifter dosen't work ether.

MOST LIKELY CAUSE IS THE TRANSFER CASE ENGAGEMENT SOLENOID IS STUCK OR IN-OP. YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE IT TO A REPAIR FACILITY THAT HAS A TECH II GM SCAN TOOL TO GET AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSTIC.
