brake light glowing dim at first now glowing all time even with truck off pissin

hey funny guy that was a cut off for pissing me off got any answers worthwhile

WOW IF that's what it takes to get a reply , well......back to before it pissed you off....Which brake light(s) are you referring to ? the warning indicator on the dash? Brake light(s) on back of truck? Either one sounds like some kind of feedback issue/faulty wire.Any work recently that would have involved alt. or ground wires anywhere?

brake indicator on dash cluster barely glowing even with truck off. checked next morning still light glow. checked emergency brake which has never been used , brake fluid fine . thinking like you might be some feed back checking grounds now seems ok . have another cluster to try if cant find anything

If swapping clusters doesn't work , then you're back to finding what else is on that circuit and go from there.

hey cluster was it . now got to get old cluster fixed . lights in cluster was going out one by one and cant understand why emerg brake light was getting feedback from cluster . just another mess up from gm i guess. hopefully you con pass this on because im for sure not the only one thanks im sure ill be needing some input in future
