my left door window, locks, or mirrors are not getting power to the harness

6.0 366 v8, 4x4, automatic, and the OBD code reader does not work either but ill get that checked i hate electrical's the cigarette liter fuse is burnt for the OBD i think but all this is very irritating

Is the 8th digit a U in your Vin on the dash or door sticker. If so the info is correct, a scan tool/code reader will not help with this problem. The maxi fuse at underhood I mentioned powers the radio fuse as well.
