Normally that would be from the mode door problem, possible mode door actuator, needs to be scanned for HVAC data to verify.

no data on hvac but started working now heat&cold control stays on cold when moved to heat

Manual controls. The actuator is on top passengers side. Have to pull the dash cover to access it.
