4wd engages on low speed right turns

What is your question?

2005 2500hd Chev. 123,000 miles. When taking a low speed right turn ,as in turn into my driveway, 4wd wheel drive seem s to be engaging. No lights or warnings show up on dash. When wheels straighten out all is good. Only happen 0ne out of twenty or thirty times but is increasing.

What makes this problem better or worse?
