Whining noise in transmission louder at higher speeds. Help, what is going on???

I had transmission flushed, greased etc. problem still exists Help, what is going on. Had it checked and was told I need a new transmission. I had transmission, transfer case replaced (the transfer case had no fluid and burned up) 3 yrs ago. Many thanks
