My IC has no gauges working. The directionals work security light do work

What is your question?

My IC has no gauges working just after filling my gas tank. The directionals and security light turn on but that's it. I tried plugging in 2 other IC's that I know work and none of them would work either. No codes cam up when plugged in. It is a 2001 chevy silverado HD

Using a 12 volt test light *TEST* each and every fuse you can find on the vehicle! The link posted above will lead you to each fuse box.

Keep in mind â€˜IFâ€™ the cluster is proven to be defective - a replacement cluster WILL have to be pre-programmed for that vehicle before installation..
