Do I have to use Dexos 1 oil oin my 2013 Chevy Silverado

What is your question?

The owner's manual says to use Dexos 1 Synthetic Blend oil. I cannot find this product. Everywhere I go, they only have full synthetic oil. I change my own oil, so going to a dealer or oil change place is not an option.
