Looking at rear end of truck ,facing tailgate the driver side looks higher than passenger side... What can cuase this?

Several possibilities - DIYer = check all tires same size + proper inflation.. Vehicle parked on LEVEL SURFACE use ruler to measure.
Beyond that seek *hands-on* assistance from qualifying personnel.
