Changed Rear Brake Shoes (drums) on 09 Silverado and hear a rubbing noise

2009 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton. I changed the rear brake shoes and am hearing a rubbing noise while i am driving. The brakes are working fine, but I forgot to put grease on the raised pads on the backing plate. Any suggestions?

Without hands-on inspection - no way to determine cause of â€œrubbing noiseâ€ .. Possible bent backing plate or brake mounting hardware problem.

Remove the drum on the wheel you hear the noise, something out of place, no other way to resolve.
