i know this is not what you asked,but if you do it yourself you would save a bunch.if it's a reg cab or extended cab,just pull the bed off.fuel pump assembly is right on top of the tank.if it's a quad cab,no use to pull the bed,cause the pump assembly is under the back seat,and tank would need to be dropped.several diff pumps for your truck from $360.00-$650.00,depending on several factors.
