The fuel pump works but not getting fuel will turn over but won't start

Do know where the fuel pressure test port is on the passengers side of the engine fuel rail, under the engine cover? Check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If it is good the fuel injectors should be checked for operation. It might be an anti theft issue if the key is not recognized.
