If I park and my passenger side is some wet mud and I lightly put gas to go it makes a thumping hesitation like the wheel is locking up not slipping and when all four are on dry pavement it will still do it till it breaks loose. Is my drive wheel hanging up and what is done about something like that?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Have the parking brake 'system' inspected .. Including rear brakes & axle seals. Parking brake 'shoes' are located behind the rear brake rotors - they can not be seen until the brake rotors are removed - often these park brake shoes become worn and can bind rear wheel(s)..
