What is your question?
Ok so I was replacing my distributor rotor and cap. The screw hole that was on my distributor broke. The rotor would spin by hand. I bought a new distributor. I installed the new distributor and it was off seated about by 3/16th of an inch. I read to start my car and it would fall into place. I went and tightened everything up, rotor was spinning by hand. double made sure all spark plugs were in the correct order. Tried starting it, and I hear a loud pop while it was cranking. I double checked all spark plug wires. They were fine. I took the distributor out and checked it. Gears were fine, rotor spinned when I was turning the gears. The pin was still in perfect condition. I went to reset tdc and reinstall everything. I realized my rotor is no longer spinning by hand, or when I turn the crank shaft pulley. What happened? What's the fix? How to check?
