I turn the key and dash lights all come on yet there's no noise and no crank

The only diy repair suggestion I have obtain a wiring schematic along with a diagnostic flow chart for no crank condition.. There are simply too many possibilities for online guesswork.. Posting a list if the possibilities will only add to the confusion as each one will required systematic *hands-on* testing using the proper sequence. What fixed one similar problem on same vehicle may not even be close to the actual fix this one requires. There are fuses that need to be tested - neutral safety switch - ignition switch - wiring - open circuits.. Without tangible or *handa-on* guidance plus troubleshooting experience it will be near impossible for the lay person to fix.. That’s just how it is. Good luck!
