2001 Silverado 5.3.

What is your question?

After the vehicle sits when I go to start it and take off it's very very hesitant like it has no power it blows back through the air filter box there's a whitish blue smoke coming out the exhaust but once you get the vehicle going it seems to do okay not losing any power it's just on the initial take off I'm getting multiple misfires and sending O2 codes as well

What makes this problem better or worse?
