My dash cluster isn't working at all, and there's a draw on the battery. I plugged my code scanner into the port to see what it is, and the cluster starts working again, but there's no code. Once I disconnect the scanner the cluster does again. My 4wd indicator lights are all on and wot switch over as well.

Check the power outlet (cig lighter) fuse first... See owners manual.
You have whats called a parasitic current draw which means that one or multiple circuits are not going to sleep while the car is off. A scan tool is not going to help you here. This requires some equipment in order to diagnose. I recommend you take the vehicle to a trusted repair facility. In order to diagnose this the car properly, it will have to sit undisturbed in order for all the modules to go to sleep. usually take about 30 minutes, but can sometimes take longer. I like to use a low amp probe and an oscilliscope for these.
Is it possible for the theft lock in the stock radio to be malfunctioning? And if so could that cause my problem? I have heard that it has happened before, but I'm not sure I believe it. The fact that my dash cluster works once plug the code scanner in tells me that the scanner is completing a circuit, so I'm wondering if there's something that connects the two, or if there may be a malfunction with the power to the cluster
I checked the fuses and none of them are blown, and I made sure the cig fuse was good...
