I moved the truck unde carport to find why taillight were going crazy when turn signal was on and when brakes applied lights went crazy. I found the ground wire, re-grounded and lights work. However now, the truck starts up for a sec then shuts off, checked all fuses, relays, fuel pump is coming on, the fuel rail is getting fuel. I took a little starting fluid and the truck will run...? I have changed fuel filter, fuel shoots out the rail when bleeding? Any other ideas?

30 Minute Re-Learn Procedure
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds .
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes (the vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock(TM) Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK). IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the Passlock(TM) Sensor Data Code and/or password XXXXX the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.
Start the engine (the vehicle has now learned the Passlock(TM) Sensor Data Code and/or password).
I appreciate the advise, I tried reprogramming- it didn’t seem to make a difference. Truck is still doing the same, cranks and hits but don’t start.
Fuel pressure *TEST* will be required - local auto parts will rent a fuel pressure test gauge .. *Minimum pressure* when key is turned on is 55 psi.

Hello Pushrod, the security light comes on then goes to battery light, then will nice in a wile it will show low washer fluid. I have performed the relearn passlock procedure but nothing is different.
I’m getting 62 on fuel gauge at rail...I can hear the pump kick on then off-so I don’t think it’s the pump, seems to be getting fuel. Starts up for a sec then shuts off.
Starts then dies is indicative of an active security system - OR - a fault within the security system has occurred.
The security system deactivates the *fuel injector pulse* to disable the vehicle - all other operating systems remain normal.
*Hands-on* testing / diagnosis by qualified personnel will be required.
