Do you mean Ignition Control Module ("ICM") under the hood ? .. Need a few more details.

You may have replaced the fuse with the wrong amperage.. side note each fuse is color coded with a number on it ..ensure you have replaced the correct fuse. If unsure your owners manual will inform you or any Chevy dealership should be able to assist you in fixing your issue.
