Odometer does not goes past 16 miles

What is your question?

I was replacing the bulbs in the instrument cluster and came across an issue. I have no idea how it happened, odometer/ trip and hours went to zero all other gadgets working fine. Odometer now only goes up to 16 miles and does not go past that.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When bulbs where replaced (1- week ago)
