Had in mind distributor replaced on a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4.3 L V6 because tab 4 hold down of cap broke during starting now vehicle crank with spark and fuel and kick back through intake everything has been lined up at TDC

It honestly does sound like a timing issue. Remember you need fuel delivery, spark at the plugs, the proper air coming into the engine, exhaust flow, good compression and proper timing. Hands on verification of all elements is needed.
You have set the distributor back into the engine in with the shaft in the wrong position!! This is a common mistake on this engine as number one is not at the point on the cap that it appears to be - remove cap look inside - observe closely exactly where # 1 actually is. Let me know if you need more information..
The # 1 metal PIN on the cap is almost 180° from where the # 1 plug wire connects to cap. LOOK AT IT CLOSELY - you see them funny looking bulges inside the cap ? - - Those contain the circuit that carries the voltage from the metal pin over to the plug wire - that is what causes the confusion .. Must set the distributor rotor to the *metal pin* with #1 cylinder @ TDC - not to the plug wire. Also the distributor ‘itself’ can ONLY be set in the correct position - it can not be rotated! Good luck!
