What is your question?
I know what the codes mean, I'm just confused to what would cause a lean and rich condition in the fuel trim. other codes that are set are P0442, P0496, P0420, P0455, P0741, C0268. other issues ive noticed are, smoke coming from exhaust that smells like coolant. increased road noise and vibration at all speeds that increases in volume with increased speed. sometimes a tapping noise can be heard under load that increases in repitition with increased rpm's. harsh rubbing noise when taking left turns and a pulsing scrape noise on right turns. ive replaced the following items within the last year: all 4 ball joints, both wheel bearings and hub assemblies, tie rods, sway bar end links, trans. shift solenoids, rear end, all shocks, all brake calipers, rotors, and pads, had brake system flushed but noticed a very small leak between MC and booster, new wheel speed sensors. replaced all gaskets except for on heads, exhaust manifolds and timing cover. new ignition switch and dizzy and u-joints.
