03 4.3L V6 Chevy S10 power loss issues

What is your question?

Really bad power loss when trying to accelerate especially uphill. Replaced: MAF sensor, air filter, plugs, plug wires, PCV Valve. Still have the same problem, but check engine light went off after replacing the MAF sensor.

You may have a clogged catalytic converter or possible low fuel pressure.
