Why does my engine quit running

What is your question?

While running my engine just quits and then it starts hard. I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter, the CTS, the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel control module. When it does run it seems to run rich and will lurch when the tachometer gets above 3k.
