Hello, if you are certain the rear brakes is where your noise is coming from, I would suggest to first ensure you have refinished the drum surfaces to mate with your new brake shoes. I would ensure the brake hardware is in the proper positions (springs, and so on) and that your primary and secondary brake shoes are installed in the correct positions. Following verifying and correcting all that, and ensuing the inside diameter of the brake drums is within specification size-wise, I don't think you'll have much noise.
