why rough idle then good

What is your question?

when starting, the engine runs real rough and then evens out and runs good . when re-starting i need to go wot or it wont start, when it does its rough again then evens out . ect is whithin specs and replaced the iac due to a suggestion from a mechanic friend. truck has about 80k and seems to run fine after it evens out , has good power . any insight as to where to go from here? also no codes and no miss( on scanner when running rough)
