how many bottles do i need for an oil change?

I am doing a tune-up on my truck and I would like to know how much oil to buy. I will also be changing the oil, air, and gas filters, plugs, wires. The windshield wipers are kaputt! And things just keep falling off. The door lost a spring or something and the passenger seat doesn't lock into place. She needs a butt load of work, so any advice would be very helpful. Thank you Jaz
